Order Processing
We process orders twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. However, many orders may take 1-3 days before leaving our warehouse. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday.

*Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement, and tracking number notification.

         Standard UPS Ground Delivery

Shipping to the Continental United States via UPS Ground  *We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods*

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Shipments are dispatched Monday - Friday.  UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit.  Holiday seasons may require additional time.

There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. Holidays:

Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us at ev@boevfountains.com.  Please be sure to include your order number for prompt service.

UPS Delivery Tracking
It may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system.

You can always check the status of your order via the order number on your confirmation.  Also, Boevfountains.com monitors the status of all orders until delivered.

     UPS 2nd Day Air

Orders shipping UPS 2nd Day Air will be received in 3-4 business days including processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note: that orders shipping to AZ, CA, NV & UT usually arrive in four business days (including processing) via standard UPS Ground service and choosing UPS 2nd Day Air may be an unnecessary expense.

USPS Airmail Service shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Final Delivery Dates for APO/FPO orders are subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO Services.  Orders that are shipped  AFO/FPO do NOT receive tracking numbers.

Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST.  Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. CST in order to ship the same week. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. A Flat Rate of $25.00 will be charged on all orders.  Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions.  Due to the weight of the 3 Tier Acorn Water Fountain (Item #35144) and Bonsai Water Fountain Table (Item #38840), we are not able to ship outside the United States.

Refunds

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To qualify for a full refund the product must be unused and show no wear, we must RECEIVE the package within 10 days from receiving your order. You must return the merchandise in the original box, including the packing slips.

Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.

Items Damaged During Shipment

If you receive damaged merchandise please contact our Customer Service Department at ev@boevfountains.com and include your phone number so that we may assist you.  This MUST be done within 3 business days after receipt of damaged item. 

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders usually ship in 1 - 3 business days, however larger orders may take four days for ready shipment.

Orders Over $325.00
